Payments

Credit cards and debit cards are debited before items are shipped.

Please note that all prices exclude shipping costs. A flat rate charge for post and packing will be added to each order.

When making a payment by using your credit or debit card, we work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Paypal secure payment system, which strongly encrypts information you provide for purchasing our products.

We will never see, hold or store your credit/debit card details these are held by our payment partners on their secure systems. You will see that there is a padlock displayed, when you make your payment, which shows that your card is safe. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer by clicking the "log off" link located in the menu.

Orders

After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed.

We accept payment by Credit or Debit Card online.

If you are paying by credit or debit card, your order will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days after receipt.

Please note for heavy orders we may send your purchases in more than one parcel.

Shipping

Most items will be shipped by Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel. We may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case.

We will aim to deliver your goods within 5 - 7 working days from time of order, however, customers should allow up to 14 working days during busy times of the year or at times when delays in deliveries are to be expected (i.e. December).

If customers require orders urgently then they should notify us following placement of the order online. We will do our best to meet any specific requirements customers might have. Customers will be advised as soon as possible after ordering if it is envisaged that delivery of the customers order may be delayed.

Packaging

We aim to use recycled clean packaging material as much as we are able in order to protect and work with the environment. All items are well packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Refunds & Returns

In compliance with ‘Distance Selling Regulations 2000’ you have the right to cancel your order any time from the date of ordering right up until 7 days after the goods are received without giving a reason. If the order has already been dispatched (in transit) or received, you the customer are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted goods, unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part.

VAT

Merino Body Care is not VAT registered and therefore VAT is not included in the price of our goods.

Illegal acts

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Laws

The contract shall be deemed to be made in England. All Contracts made between Merino Body Care and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes in terms

Merino Body Care reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Merino Body Care web site.
